Our Half Size GomdenŽ Meditation Cushion is a firm rectangular foam core inside of a removable, washable zippered cover. Used for simple cross-legged sitting meditation in Shambhala Meditation Centers worldwide.

At 18" by 12.5" and 3" high, this cushion is half the size of our Standard GomdenŽ meditation cushion. Depending on the cushion color, the Zippered cover is 100% Cotton or a Cotton-Poly blend.

For additional height and a comfortable meditation posture consider a support pillow.

Use the Zabuton Mat (from the Japanese Zen tradition) with a GomdenŽ to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles.

We can sew a custom color for the center of the Gomden for an additional charge (no extra charge for black w red center or red with yellow center). Please contact us for custom cushions.
