At 18" by 12.5" and 3" high, this cushion is half the size of our Standard Gomden® meditation cushion. Depending on the cushion color, the Zippered cover is 100% Cotton or a Cotton-Poly blend.

For additional height and a comfortable meditation posture consider a support pillow.

Use the Zabuton Mat (from the Japanese Zen tradition) with a Gomden® to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles.
