Timers for Meditation
You need not keep an eye on your watch. A meditation timer can free your mind from the preoccupation with time. Set the timer to the desired duration of your session, then press the ON button. Twenty seconds later, three chimes of the gong will accompany the beginning of your meditation, yoga, massage, or therapy session. At the end of the set time, the same three chimes of the gong gently indicate the end of the session.
