Zafu Meditation Cushion

The Zafu Pillow is round and will support a variety of meditation postures. The Zafu and Zabuton together make a meditation seat.

The Zabuton Cushion (also from Zen) is the mat that sits under the Meditation Seat:

Cotton hand-tufted, the Zabuton meditation mat is the pillow for ankles and knees.

Zafu Zabuton Sets

From the Zen Buddhist tradition, the Zafu Cushion and Zabuton Mat are used together.

All sets (except for the two standard zafu sets) include a Deluxe Zabuton, with a 4.5" loft, and zippered cover that is removable & washable.
Two of the sets include a Deluxe Support Cushion with a zippered cover that is removable & washable.
Each set is available in one of 12 colors.

The Gomden was designed by a Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Master for his Western Students:

Firm foam core will keep its height in meditation practice.
Supports cross-legged meditation with the knees up off the mat (Zabuton).

All organic covers, whether removable or stationary, are 100% organic cotton twill.
The organic Buckwheat Zafu meditation cushion comes with a removable zippered cover in organic cotton and closed inner lining with buckwheat hull filling.
