Our Slim Size Gomden® Meditation Cushion is a firm rectangular foam core inside of a removable, washable zippered cover. 18" by 12.5" and 2" high.  Used in Shambhala Meditation Centers worldwide.

Depending on the cushion color, the Zippered cover is 100% Cotton or a Cotton-Poly blend.

Use the Zabuton Mat (from the Japanese Zen tradition) with a Gomden® to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles.
