Our Buckwheat Zafu meditation cushion comes with a removable zippered cover in hemp fabric and closed inner lining with buckwheat hull filling:

  • 55% hemp & 45% organic cotton twill, using low-impact water soluble dyes. No fertilizer or pesticides are used in the production of the hemp.
  • zippered cover is removable and washable.
  • buckwheat hulls will hold their loft and can be shaped to fit your needs.
  • ideal for full or half lotus or other meditation postures where your knees are on the Zabuton mat.
  • 13" Diameter, 5" high.
  • carrying handle.
Use the Zabuton with the Zafu to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles. A Support Cushion will add height.
