Our Standard Gomden® Meditation Cushion is a firm rectangular foam core inside of a removable, washable zippered cover. Used for simple cross-legged sitting meditation in Shambhala Meditation Centers worldwide. 18" by 12.5 " and 6" high. Depending on the cushion color, the Zippered cover is 100% Cotton or a Cotton-Poly blend.

For additional height and a comfortable meditation posture consider a support pillow.

Use the Zabuton Mat (from the Japanese Zen tradition) with a Gomden® to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles.
