Using firsthand experience with her own family of seven, Kerry Lee MacLean shows how important it is for families to regroup on a daily basis to briefly check in with themselves and each other, bringing a stillness of mind and heart to all they experience throughout the day.
"This is a marvelous little book. It is inspiring and touching and one of the clearest, simplest introductions to meditation that I have ever seen -- for children or adults." -- Jeremy Hayward, author of Sacred World.
