Our Standard GomdenŽ Meditation Cushion, used for simple cross-legged sitting meditation in Shambhala Centers worldwide. 18" by 12.5 " and 6" high. Zippered 100% cotton cover is removable and washable.

For additional height, consider the Support Cushion for GomdenŽ Meditation cushion.

Use the Zabuton with a GomdenŽ to provide a cushion for your knees and ankles.

For an additional $10, add a custom color. Note: there are no returns on custom color combinations.
