Shipping for catalog and phone orders are calculated using the table below based on the total dollar amount of the order.
Orders placed using our online store are calculated using standard UPS tables based on the actual item weight.
Due to this difference in shipping calculations shipping prices may vary between online orders and phone/mail orders.
(Shipping charges for online orders may be less than for orders place by mail, phone or email).

Cloud Bench orders incur a $10 surcharge for shipping for each one ordered.
- Remember that bulky items like meditation cushions can be costly to ship (in spite of their nominal weight).
- Stock items are shipped within 2-4 days from the order date.
- In general, allow 2 weeks for delivery -- although you will probably have your order sooner.
- We ship UPS or FedEx Ground.
- Smaller items may be shipped by Parcel Post at our discretion.
- Our Shipping Table (for shipments inside the Continental US) is reproduced on our Order Form.
- There is an additional charge for RUSH ORDERS -- call for prices.
- Requests to ship PARCEL POST will be honored for an additional charge.
- We do not ship C.O.D.
- We may ship recycled cartons or packing; we avoid the use of plastic packing when we can.
International Shipments
We ship our cushions and meditation supplies all over the world. Shipping charges for Canada include Air Parcel Post plus insurance. You are responsible for any taxes or duties. Shipments to Europe and Asia are Insured by Air Parcel Post. We no longer ship surface parcel post outside the US. Shipping charges will vary by package size. Contact us at 1-802-633-4440 or by fax at 1-802-633-2387.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please follow these procedures for a successful return:
- MOST IMPORTANTLY call (M-F 8am - 5pm EST) or email us before you send the package for a Return Authorization Number (to be written on the address label). This allows us to receive the package and process your return.
- Promptly return the goods (in the condition you received them). We will accept returns mailed within 14 days of the date we shipped your order (this date is on your invoice).
- Returned Cushions that require cleaning are subject to a restocking fee.
- NOTE: We cannot refund shipping charges on returns.
