All of us are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Staying safe is key during these uncertain and challenging times. Meditation at home (or on a Zoom/FaceTime call with teachers and friends) can be a support for the mind and body. Our goal is to encourage you to start or continue your meditation practice.

At the shop here in Vermont, we've taken steps to ensure a safer workplace. These include workspace distancing, rotating shifts, wearing gloves, and sanitizing hard surfaces. Our retail store is open. We ask visitors to wear a mask. Please take care of yourself and look after each other.
