In our Gomden Meditation Cushion Set with a Meditation Pillow, all three meditation cushions come with a zippered meditation cushion cover that is removable & washable (100% Cotton, Organic or a Cotton-Poly blend, depending on the color). The Gomden is a firm rectangular foam cushion that allows for a simple cross-legged meditation posture. It is the meditation seat used in Shambhala centers world-wide. The Meditation Support cushion gives you the option of extra height and a soft cotton seat. The Zabuton cushions ankles and knees--creating an inviting seat for meditation.

I got this set because I needed more height than I got with zafu sets. This gomden set allows all the height I’d ever need, plus better stability. I love the red with yellow center. It’s the same colors that the Dalai Lama wears. Samadhi Cushions also gave me a $20 discount, even though I hadn’t even seen the limited-time discount until I got an email from them after I had already purchased this set. Very nice of them. I will definitely recommend this website and purchase from them again in the future.
