This Gomden® Meditation Set for beginning meditation. The Gomden is the perfect way to begin a meditation practice at home. The rectangular Gomden® is firm foam inside of a zippered meditation cushion cover and is suitable for a "knees up" simple crossed legged meditation posture. In addition to the Gomden®, the Kit includes a standard Zabuton Mat as well as the ground-breaking book on the posture of meditation by E. Berland. Gift card option at no charge. (If this is a gift--leave your gift message in the comment box at check out). Both the Gomden® and Zabuton cushions will be in the one color you choose, unless you indicate otherwise at check out. Red with yellow center Gomden® will come with a red Zabuton; black with red center Gomden® will come with a black Zabuton.

Both Meditation Cushions made to the highest standards here in our Vermont workshop. The Gomden® and Zabuton come with zippered covers that are removable and washable.
