The Seiza Meditation Bench, or Zen Bench, with a Seiza Bench Cushion and a Zabuton Mat. This is our classic Kneeling Meditation Bench made here in Vermont of solid Maple. Both the Zabuton and the Seiza Bench Cushion are stuffed and hand-tufted with 100% US sourced cotton batting.

Fabric choices include cotton, blend and organic fabrics in a variety of colors. Select cushion colors and fabrics for your meditation set in the drop-down menu below.
