The Great Stupa of Dharmakaya Coloring Book

The Great Stupa of Dharmakaya is a magnificent example of sacred Buddhist art. The stupa represents the body, speech, and mind of the Buddha, the Indian prince who attained enlightenment over 2,500 years ago. Every detail of the stupa symbolizes his teachings on wisdom and compassion.

Painters, mode makers, and sculptors worked for years on the beautiful figures and murals throughout the stupa. Master artist Greg Smith designed and supervised all the painting and did much of it himself. He also created this coloring book. All the line drawings in this book are by him, except for the outline of the palace gateway by Megan Winecoff and the pattern of vajras, lotuses, and dharma wheels traced from the original design by Gabrielle Guttinger.
