The Japanese tea ceremony, also called the Way of Tea, is a Japanese practice involving the preparation and presentation of powdered green tea.
Ōryōki ("Just enough") is a meditative form of eating that originated in Japan that emphasizes mindfulness awareness practice by abiding to a strict order of precise movements. An ōryōki set consists of nested bowls and utensils all bundled in a cloth.
