"I'm very happy with my Folding Seiza Bench. It seems very well built and the cushion is comfortable. I have a different bench where the legs fold and I think that this one is more stable and there's no danger of pinching fingers. If I recall correctly, this one had the best price for the features . . .

PS - I am a member of a regular sitting group on Kandahar Air Field, Afghanistan."

beautiful bench April 28, 2019

This is a lovely,  finely-crafted bench.  I like the unique way the removable legs strongly attach to the seat.
I've been meditating for close to 50 years; my practice teaches that one should "sit in any position that is most comfortable, in which one can sit for a long time without moving".  That, for me, has always been a chair with back support, but recently I had the opportunity to try out a similar bench, and liked how my body felt (less compressed) after sitting.  The jury is still out for me, however, as to whether this will be an improved sitting posture, but so far there is promise, at least as an option.  I'm happy with the bench.
