For multiple back-to-back sits my knees cannot take sitting on a zafu (a single 20-30 minute sit is OK). I use a seiza bench for multiple back-to-back sits and the Samadhi cushion is a comfortable addition to my bench.

I've been using Samadhi products for many years and keep coming back, because I am happy with their quality and quick service.
