Seiza Cushion:

  • 100% cotton inner shell.
  • Hand-tufted with cotton batting.
  • 27" by 33" with a 2.5" loft.
  • Zippered cover is removable and washable.
(We use the 2.5" loft Zabuton for the Kneeling Meditation Bench, this makes for a more stable kneeling meditation seat.)

I love the Seiza Meditation Bench Set. I am assembling a small Zen Center in the New Haven, CT area, and these benches will be part of our meditation hall. The benches are attractive, tasteful, and well built.
