I use this Seiza Bench with Cushion more for stretching my quadriceps than meditating. I have other Samadhi Cushions products that I use for Zazen meditation.

It is made very well. And the way the cushion fits on to the bench is beautiful.

I'm a tall guy, and a lot of benches aren't tall enough for my long (and somewhat inflexible) legs, so that in and of itself is a really great thing to find.  My meditation sessions have improved dramatically.
