Our Meditation Support Cushion with a zippered cover in the color of your choice. It's a densely packed meditation pillow with a 4" loft; hand-stuffed and tufted, cotton and blend fabrics for the cover and 100% cotton fill:
  • 15" X 15" to give more height to a round Zafu.
  • Prop the Meditation Support Pillow under a knee to give some extra support.
This cushion provides a lift in meditation and, if you are limber, is perfect for meditation after yoga. For a bit more height and flexibility in in your meditation posture, consider our Buckwheat Crescent Zafu.
