The traditional Zen Pillow, the round Zafu Cushion with a removable zippered cover. We sew this round meditation cushion in cotton and stuff it with natural kapok fiber for a firm meditation seat. (Remember, it takes some time to break in your Zafu Cushion!) Then we add a sewn and surged cover. Handmade here in our Vermont workshop the way we have made our meditation cushions for over 40 years--to the highest standards of quality and care. Approximately 14" in diameter and 10" high settling to about 5".

Organic Zafu covers for this Zafu are also available in two shades of ECO-Twill (recycled poly/organic cotton blend) as well as 100% Organic Cotton in a natural 10oz twill.     I've had it for a few weeks so it hasn't squished down much yet but so far I really, really like it and look forward so much to meditating on it (literally, Lol). Love the sage green and i like that i can remove the cover to wash it if/when I need to.

    While some of our zafus were a little worn - the new covers did the trick!  The covers fit nicely and will add longevity to existing zafus.
